Eligibility

• Student must have a minimum ACT score of 20, SAT score of 950 OR CLT score of 66.
• Must receive approval from high school counselor or administrator.
• Students wishing to take College Algebra (MAT 131) or Trigonometry (MAT 132) must have ACT subscores of 20 or higher; Pre-Calculus (MAT 150) must have ACT subscores of 25 or higher; Calculus with Analytic Geometry I (MAT 171) must have ACT subscores of 26.
• A high school transcript and ACT/SAT scores must accompany your application.

Application Process

• Fill out an application and select Step Ahead as your program
• Submit official ACT scores through ACT.org, official SAT scores through collegeboard.org, OR official CLT scores through cltexam.com
• Request a copy of your high school or homeschool transcript from your high school counselor or homeschool administrator to be sent to our Office of Admissions
• Once you have submitted your application, an academic approval form will be emailed to the email you provided on your application. Please have your high school counselor or homeschool administrator fill this out and submit it.

Tuition and Fees

• The tuition rate is $160.00 per hour (Ex., 3-hour course = $480.00; 4-hour course = $640)
